Yes, Pop & Lock can be used on damp, soaking wet or dry hair.
Can I use Pop & Lock with Dream Coat?
Yes. But do not apply Pop & Lock BEFORE treating hair with Dream Coat. Because Dream Coat Supernatural Spray and Extra Strength Dream Coat anti-frizz treatments are recommended for use every 3-4 shampoos, Pop & Lock is perfect to use in between Dream Coat treatment applications. Apply to wet or dry hair to add glossy shine, UV protection and help smooth fly-aways.
Can Pop & Lock be used on curly hair?
Yes, you can use it on wet before curling and on dry hair to refine and shine your curls.
