Let’s start with one of the most popular products, Dream Coat. So, Dream Coat is something you spray on your hair when it is damp or wet, and then you’ll use heat to activate it. This is supposed to basically take the frizz out of your hair, take the humidity that makes your hair frizzy, and just take it down a million notches.

You’re supposed to be able to use it every three to four shampoos and will see a noticeable difference, but we wouldn’t say it gives me glass-like hair. Is it worth the hype? Yeah, I’d say it is. It’s great, but we wouldn’t say put your expectations where it’s going to be the same as a salon blowout. But it definitely does help with humidity.

Raise the Root

So, this one’s really cool for big volume. It’s kind of what a hairspray would do, but what you can do is just put it in at the root, and then use your fingers or you can use a brush, and you’re going to see just some dramatic volume right there. Raise the Root just gives it that immediate lift.

You could always use a comb to backcomb, but now you get just some nice lift, and you can make this up as high as you want. You can get more dramatic with it if you want. It smells really good, and it’s not sticky like a hairspray is. The Raise the Root is best if you are seeking a natural, flexible hold with enhanced volume.

Extra Mist-ical Shine Spray

This is a hair shine spray, it is Mist-ical and it just adds some instant shine to your hair. You want to hold it about 10 inches away from your hair and spray it for best results. The Mist-ical hair spray is designed to add a high-gloss finish and enhance your hair’s shine instantly but whenever you use this indoors, it kind of leaves a very chemical smell around you. 

It is best used as a finishing touch after styling your hair. It enhances shine and adds a polished, glossy look to your finished hairstyle. Use it on dry hair as the last step in your routine before heading out, particularly for special occasions or any time you want your hair to stand out with extra luster.

Pop & Lock High Gloss

Pop and Lock is a really good glossing and shine serum. There’s almost a little sparkle in it, and you can just put this on dry hair, or you can put it on damp hair, and Pop & Lock high gloss serum does make it a lot glassier. And then also, we find this one’s great because it protects your hair from heat. So, you can use this as your heat protectant before styling your hair. This product is amazing to use and healthy for hair. 

Speed Dry

Our bottom two—this one is called Speed Dry, it cuts blow-dry time and this one’s incredible as well. So, this really helps cut down your drying time with your hair. It says up to 40%; I would say it does at least, at least 25%, maybe 40%. But you’ll just spray it in your hair when your hair is damp and wet, and then style it like normal, and it just speeds up that blow-dry time. So, if you have thick hair or hair that just takes forever to blow dry, this one is great for that.

Shampoo

That leads us to our final product: the Color Wow Curl Shampoo. This one’s amazing. It smells so good—It just smells heavenly and It does a good lather as well. We also recommend the color wow conditioner—proprietary Profaxil-18 Complex™ breaks up Marula Oil and Coconut Oil particles, enabling them to penetrate the hair. 

The shampoo is from one of the travel kits, so you would actually get a bigger size when you order it. But this is a great shampoo. It works on all hair types, and it’s fabulous.
